The lounge has a leather suite, satellite tv with full sky tv package, dvd and cd player, playstation 2 with many games, cd’s and dvd’s.

New to Villa Jasmin, is free WIFI internet connection - just bring your own laptop. Villa Jasmin also has pay as you go air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms.

Villa Jasmin has three bedrooms

- one master bedroom with a king sized sleigh bed and triple fitted wardrobes.

- one twin bedroom with two single beds and a triple fitted wardrobe.

- another bedroom with twin single beds and chest of drawers.

Two of the bedrooms look over a private heated swimming pool with steps and a safety rail.

The villa has three luxurious bathrooms, two with seperate shower and one with a bath. All bathrooms have wc and sinks.

The kitchen is superbly fitted with granite worktops and oak units. Oven/ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freeze, coffee maker and dishwasher are amongst many other items in the kitchen.

Villa Jasmin has recently added an extra snug room which has an indoor dining table, sofa, TV with Playstation 2 and games.

There is also a utility room with washing machine, iron and board.

There is an alfresco dining area outside for those warm evenings to sit and enjoy an evening meal.

Villa Jasmin boasts a private electrically heated swimming pool with salt chlorinator, making the water much kinder to the skin and a warm pool all year round. The villa also has a hot tub and both sea and mountain views.

High quality sunloungers, outdoor furniture, table and chairs, safe, games, full book shelf, cot, highchair, superb quality furnishings,extra guest bed, landscaped gardens, large terrace and Canarian stone BBQ to name but a few - finish off this luxury villa nicely.

The five star style holiday accommodation is extremely family friendly and is really well equipped for babies and small children with a travel cot, highchair, baby cutlery, beakers, potty and toys.

This luxury villa is on one level making it suitable for disabled guests and wheelchair users.

Villa Jasmin is situated on the outskirts of Playa Blanca in an area called Faro Park (Faro de Pechiguera).

Villa Jasmin in on a quiet and private cul-de-sac, close to the seafront and Playa Blanca lighthouse.

Faro Park has a small parade of facilities including a bakery with cafe, two mini-markets, a Spanish restaurant specialising in dishes from the North of the island of Lanzarote, some bars with sky sports, and a couple of bar restaurants. These are all within an easy 10 minute stroll of Villa Jasmin.

Also within easy walking distance are a couple of hotels and another small parade of bars and restaurants in an area called La Mulata near the Natura Palace Hotel, Playa Blanca.

Villa Jasmin is also only a 10 minute stroll from the bus stop on Faro Park which runs frequently throughout Playa Blanca, making easy access to the centre of Playa Blanca, Marina Rubicon and the beautiful beaches along the coastline of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.
